Shop Policies


Please only combine preorder with retail if you are willing to wait for everything to arrive in order for all products to ship together.

Preorders take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks to process.  We cannot be held responsible for delays by the manufacturer or shipping carriers.  

We do our best to accurately portray colours of fabric and due to different computer screens not being the same, it may look different than real life.  We cannot accept refunds for fabric being a different colour than you envisioned but will do our best to describe it so you can buy with confidence.  Please reach out before hand if you need clarifying on any print detail before purchasing.



All fabric is carefully inspected before shipping out.  Any imperfection that is smaller than a dime or within 3 inches of the selvedge are not considered a flaw.  

You will be notified prior to your order being sent if there are any significant flaws and will be given an option of a refund or a discount to reflect the flaws. 

Please get in touch if you find a significant flaw that we missed.  However, please note that we cannot accept any returns on washed or cut fabric so always inspect carefully before using.


Washing Instructions

It is recommended to always prewash fabric before sewing.  This helps wash away chemicals, set the dye and preshrink fabric.  A colour catcher is also helpful, especially with dark colours.  After the initial wash, it is recommended to always wash in cold and tumble dry or lay flat to prolong the life of dark fabric fading.



If you change your mind and choose to return uncut and unwashed fabric you have 14 days after receiving to do so.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and refund will be processed within 7 days after receiving product.

If you were mistakenly sent flawed fabric or wrong item, shipping will be paid for by Kenilworth Fabric and new item will be sent or refund given if item is no longer available.  


Order Changes

We cannot change, add on or cancel orders once they are processed.  This means once a preorder closes or retail order is cut and packed.

Preorders can be added to within the preorder period, please just note previous order number and use code COMBINE at checkout to cancel second shipping fee.  There will be an opportunity to add retail on to preorders for a few days before shipping begins as well.
