These are all 18x54" cuts of vinyl that were brought in as samples and didn't pass the quality control test. Sewists who tested them had issues with vinyl being easily scratched/marked up and signs of wear and tear while sewing it.
In an effort to avoid waste, these have been deeply discounted for those who may want a vinyl for practising new patterns or someone new to bag making that wants to test out a project before diving into the pricier vinyl. Also good for zipper practise or (my child's personal fave) making bags for Barbies/Dollies
