Shipping

We ship Purolator or Canada Post Expedited Parcel- depending on your location, for all Canadian orders. Please note: Many areas, especially in BC, AB and SK are much less than what the website estimates. Any shipping overages will be refunded to you. If you would like to check the actual cost before checking out, please email me at kenilworthfabric@gmail.com. I know it can be frustrating to pay high shipping charges so please reach out if the charges seem extra high and I will adjust accordingly where needed.

Curbside pick up is available in NW Hawkwood to those local to Calgary area.  You will be sent an email when your order is ready for pick up.

Lettermail shipping is an option for 1 metre of cotton woven OR 8 zipper pulls OR 1 yard of zipper tape.  Kenilworth Fabric is NOT responsible for any lettermail that does not arrive.  Buyer assumes all risk for any delayed or lost items sent untracked lettermail.

 

We ship all American orders using USPS Flat Rate boxes or Canada Post small parcel (untracked), whichever is less.  USA bound packages are dropped off once a week.  

 

International customers will be billed exact shipping rates separately.  You will be emailed with a link to pay.  If you would like an estimate of shipping rates before buying please email kenilworthfabric@gmail.com with your order and we can give you an estimate.
